K2 LAMP DOCTOR – is a specialized high-quality paste for regenerating headlight covers.

Its extremely effective abrasive formula will give a new lease of life to all lamps made of plastic or glass. If the headlights are dull, yellowed, or have pitting in the structure of the covers, K2 LAMP DOCTOR will handle them perfectly. The renovation can be carried out manually or mechanically using a polishing machine.

Thanks to K2 LAMP DOCTOR headlight restoration paste, the covers will regain their original transparency and shine, which will directly improve their performance, road illumination, and safety.

K2 LAMP DOCTOR pastes can also be confidently used for the renovation of other transparent elements, such as headlights in motorcycles, camping trailers, boats, and even airplanes.

An excellent complement to K2 LAMP DOCTOR paste is the K2 Lamp Protect headlight protection coating, which protects lamps from dulling, yellowing, scratching, and UV rays for up to a year from the moment the coating is applied.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Machine Polishing:

1. It is recommended to cover the edges of adjacent surfaces with protective tape.
2. Heavily damaged headlights should be matted with 2000-3000 grit sandpaper before polishing.
3. Clean and degrease the surface (e.g., with K2 Klinet remover or window cleaner).
4. Apply the paste to a polishing sponge (e.g., K2 Duraflex; choose the sponge hardness according to the degree of surface damage).
5. Spread the paste at low speed (approx. 600 rpm) and then increase it to approx. 1200 rpm and polish until a high gloss is achieved.
6. Clean the surface with a microfiber cloth.

Manual Polishing:

1. Clean and degrease the surface (e.g., with K2 T6 KLINET remover or window cleaner).
2. Apply the paste using a sponge or microfiber and polish until a shine and smooth surface are achieved.
3. Clean the surface with a microfiber cloth.

Tip: To protect headlights from re-yellowing and dulling, it is recommended to use K2 Quantum synthetic wax.
