Diaphragm replacement instructions: Remove the engine cover and unscrew the cooler regulator (actuator) - it is fastened with 2 screws. Detach the housing with a flat screwdriver. Unscrew the diaphragm with a 10mm wrench. Clean the housing and replace the diaphragm. Reassemble in reverse order.
